It is a pre-defined holiday by the law that governs the state and prohibits working on it in the private and public sectors of the state, and these holidays vary in different countries.

Therefore, the official holidays module has been prepared to cover all the needs of companies according to the location of the company and the countries in which the company’s branches are located.

We designed the holidays screen to update holidays every year according to the due date of each holiday :

The holidays appear in the employees ’schedule, so as not to add any task to this day, and to know the holidays during the month or week

Also, the program sends a notice to all employees to inform them of the official holidays of the company by e-mail when the holidays are entered into the program for the first time and when the holiday date is modified.

In the event that the company has branches in different countries :

Each country has a different holiday system and a different number of days off. Therefore, we have determined official holidays at the branch level and the employee schedule.

Thus, the holidays that pertain to the Cairo branch are determined on the schedule of the Cairo branch, and the holidays pertaining to the Saudi branch are determined on the schedule of the Saudi branch, for example.

It is possible to exclude employees from public holidays, such as the security employee, by not specifying holidays in the security employees' schedule.
